			<![CDATA[Perhaps I am just not doing something right. But, it would be nice if I could block a category yet set an exemption for something like a Mail Server to access email but not the entire web, or for a Teacher whose system should be allowed to use YouTube but not be able to surf willy nilly with a bypass code/credentials. <br /><br />Can anybody shed light on this for me?]]>
