DNS-O-Matic / dynamic IPs: Updater 2.2.1 installer is strangely trying to kill AV processes?

Noticed something strage when installing OpenDNS-Updater-2.2.1.exe
McAfee VirusScan 8.8i, default install, includes some access protection rules which are triggered when installing the Updater, see: http://pastebin.com/ArNNyJKD
Luckily it didn't succeed in killing off McAfee, but still, why would it want to?
Happens every time I run the installer :-/ -
After further inspection it would appear the Nullsoft install system used to build the installer is either at fault, or was specifically scripted to try and terminate McAfee processes. Similar behavior is observed during un-install, see: http://pastebin.com/xpwGWWHC
Still, why? -
False positive? Most likely. Other AV programs I use didn't have any problems and didn't report any problems.
"was specifically scripted to try and terminate McAfee processes."
If this would be the case, there could be good reasons. There are many non-objectionable programs killing others to prevent incompatibilities, e.g. Norton Online Family insists in killing and uninstalling ZoneAlarm, ZoneAlarm insists of deactivating the Windows firewall, and especially AV programs fight each other...
