If this would be the case, there could be good reasons. There are many non-objectionable programs killing others to prevent incompatibilities, e.g. Norton Online Family insists in killing and uninstalling ZoneAlarm, ZoneAlarm insists of deactivating the Windows firewall, and especially AV programs fight each other...]]>
