Before I try the OpenDNS service, I need to know if it is
easy to revert back. I can't find an answer on-site that
mentions uninstalling and/or restoring. Most likely a very
simple answer, but I do not yet know it. Can anybody help
    me? Thanks.

I was going to write out a description, but this link does a much better job of explaining the process than I could off the top of my head... ;-)

It is simple to set up, and to revert.

I suggest grabbing a screenshot of your current DNS settings whether they’re on your computer or your router. Then it’s very easy to go back to the original settings.

Most of the time the default setting is that there is no setting. Your ISP will offer you DNS servers, which you can choose to ignore by using OpenDNS. If you remove OpenDNS, those defaults from your ISP will still be there.
