Proxies, accelerators, and more: my stats are not updated?

    I can't seem to get stats working I did enable them and my IP address always stays the same so what am I doing wrong?

    How long ago did you enable them? Stats are not real-time, so you may have to wait for up to an hour before checking them. If you just enabled them now, then wait until the next hour boundary passes.

    Also, make certain that the network IP address setup in your account is the same as the IP address that appears on the OpenDNS site. If not, then you will not see your stats updated.

    Stats take between 3 and 24 hours to appear, depending on the load of the OpenDNS servers.

    "my IP address always stays the same"

    Doesn't your ISP change it occasionally? Your IP address information must be correct at OpenDNS.

    Also, ensure your DNS lookups really go to OpenDNS, else they can't collect stats from you.
