I'd like to setup a bypass account for my Kindle Fire, but I cannot open the DNS utility program within the Kindle to login to the bypass account. The result is that I am stuck with site blocking that is intended for my kids. How can I disable OPEN DNS on the Kindle Fire? -
Are you using a Netgear router with LPC enabled? Bypass accounts can be established only for Windows devices. For other devices the default settings take place. This is where you have to tune the filtering for non-Windows devices.
