    can anyone say how to block adultsites in ie 9 in windows 7-- i have changed the open dns in network settings here. cleared everything possibley -- and firefox works great not ie 9. please assist me.

    Check your IE settings; it is either using a Proxy or is set to use an alternate DNS.
