Hi, I am using OpenDNS Enterprise and I need to block all kind of instant messaging on the network and enable the Windows Live Messenger just for the administrative team, that have their users created on the Dashboard, so when authenticated, they have irrestricted access to the Internet.
But the problem is that in Windows Live Messenger Client (Installed on Windows) it's not working, even that their users stay authenticated and keeping the popup opened. (I tested with Chrome and Internet Explorer too, to check if the client could use the IE session to permit the navigation), but It doesn't work.
- There is a way to use the Windows Live Client on Windows or it will work just by web browser (with an authenticated session) ? -

I would imagine that you are missing a domain which you need to allow. Check your stats to see what might yet be blocked.
Regardless, as an Enterprise user, you should open a support ticket for assistance.Thankful People: zelus -
