    On the stats for domains report filtered by "only requests that were blocked" -- some of the listings have a www in the name and some do not. What is the reason for the difference?

    If a device in your network looks up www.example.com, it appears in the stats as such, same as example.com which shows up in the stats this way. The stats just reflect what came out of your network.

    What about those entries the have an asterisk at the beginning? What does the asterisk imply?

    The asterisk is a wildcard and can be anything. They summarize the DNS lookups for several often used subdomains and reverse lookups in general.
