I am having trouble adding a network to my account. So I went to the settings tab to enter in my ip address (the one that appears at the top of the page next to my account name: "Your current IP is:" such and such), clicked 'add this network', and then it says "Network already exists". I am on windows and I have the IP updater installed and it also says I do not have any networks. I checked my OpenDNS status and everything looks like it is configured right e.i. the router settings are correct. I don't get it. I'm 99% sure I have a dynamic IP. Any help would be great. -

Thanks rotblitz. My current IP address was originally used, I believe, by a previous account I had that I no longer have access to. Is contacting OpenDNS the only way to rectify this? Thanks? -
You should open a ticket in each case referencing this IP address, so that OpenDNS are able to free up this IP address.
Then you can reboot your ISP facing device, modem or router, to possibly obtain another IP address from your ISP. Then try again to add a network.Thankful People: zelus
