Domain blocking: Does OpenDNS have the ability to block Google SSL/Encrypted?

I would really like to block Google SSL - https://encrypted.google.com/ whilst being able to still access normal Google.
Would OpenDNS enable me to do this? -

You can certainly block encrypted.google.com which ought to meet your need.
As I prefer to do as much as I can encrypted, I am not in the position to test it. -

Why would you want to block that for? -

Because you can't track other users' web use when its encrypted.
