Domain blocking: opt out of filtering

    is it possible to opt out of the filtering so those with the desire to view what they want, even at their own risk, can do so?

    Sure. Don't use/create the filtering account, just use the DNS. Or turn off the proxy and NXDOMAIN redirection in your Dashboard. Or don't configure any filtering options.

    If you mean inside a network where you already have filtering and want it, then you will have to configure different DNS addresses for computers you want unfiltered.
