    Could anyone help me to set up a JPEG2000 DVR using openDNS server, I'm not a techie, so guidance is appreciated

    No, nobody can help you here. OpenDNS is a recursive DNS service for your DNS lookups, not a DNS hosting service to host the DNS for your domain or hostname.

    That said, you're looking for a DNS hosting service. Search the internet to find one of the many, many providers.
