    I want to block more than 25 sites.

    I will go Premium if $10 or under per year, or some fixed flat rate >5 years that is reasonable.

    I don't see info or link to buy the premium anywhere or price. Or if this will get me more than 25 sites.

    Timestamps for requests are not contained with VIP either.
