I am having an error when using OpenDNS updater in a Toshiba Satellite laptop. It reads: "C:\Documents.......\OpenDNS Updater.lnk The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:055e IP:0339 OP:63 65 6e 74 65 Chose 'Close' to terminate the application" This message box is labeled "16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem"
Any ideas?
Thanks

AdministratorHi Luis, I'd like to get a bit more information from you so I can try to duplicate your problem. First, what version of Windows are you using (Vista, XP, etc)? And second, could you try running the OpenDNS Updater directly and let me know if that works? You can do this by going to C:\Program Files\OpenDNS Updater and running the OpenDNS Updater.exe program from there.

I am running into the same problem on a Dell Desktop computer running Windows XP SP3.
Do you have any fixes available?
Thanks,
Matt
