Hi,
I have created a "Premium DNS" account with OpenDNS, but found out that I don't have custom filter option. I think I have selected the wrong account, I should have selected "OpenDNS Home". How can I switch?
Thanks -
I'm in the same boat. :(

"Premium DNS" doesn't have the filtering options. Open a support ticket to have the account type changed. -
AdministratorWe no longer extend our free customizable filtering services to business or school environments; if you have mistakenly signed up for the incorrect account type and intend to use our free services at home on your own personal network then please open a support ticket and our support team will sort your account out: https://dashboard.opendns.com/support/
