Right now we have just the free version of OpenDNS, but when you look at the stats and domains, it doesn't say what time they were actually reached or from which device, etc.
Does upgrading to VIP give you more details like that?
And does it allow you to blacklist more than 25 domains?

None of the For-Home solutions that OpenDNS offers have detailed Stats logging that you're looking for.
For business and school environments, there's OpenDNS Insights - part of OpenDNS Enterprise packages: http://www.opendns.com/insights/

Yes, OpenDNS VIP allows up for more domains to be added to the Always Block list - double, I believe. -

This question always amazes me, as it shows total ignorance of how networking works and serious naivety about computer security.
You really would not want anyone outside of your network (that includes OpenDNS) to know the details of what is going on inside your *private* network, would you.
Since such information is hidden from anyone outside your network, it is impossible for OpenDNS to log something it does not access to.
