    Hey All,

This is my first post so please excuse any things I have forgotten (or if I give too much information)

I need to understand if anyone else has gone from having a dynamic IP address and config to a static IP address(es) structure.

If so (or if you have any insight on this please can you help with the following).

How do I go about changing my Dashboard to show that my dynamic address is now static.

If I do this change will I loose all my 'old' data (individual requests etc.)

    Thanks
    Ben

No, you will not loose anything.
Ensure in https://www.opendns.com/dashboard/networks/ that your static IP address shows up. If not, click the green double-arrow to synchronize it.
As next go to https://www.opendns.com/dashboard/settings/ 'Advanced Settings'. Uncheck 'Enable dynamic IP update'. You're almost done!
You are no longer able to change your IP address in the OpenDNS network, as this should no longer be necessary. Also, in case you have a software installed or a router configuration established to update your IP address at OpenDNS, you need to remove this, it became redundant.
