    Hello,

I installed OpenDNs on 2 networks (at home and at work). When I try to see the statistics I can only see one network (the one I am physically connected to at the time). Is this by design?

All other functions (settings, blocking behavior) etc. are available for both networks.

    Thanks

You should see all statistics, no matter from where you are connected.

    1. What does http://welcome.opendns.com/ come back with? (From either location!)

    2. Did you ensure that your two IP addresses are in sync at https://www.opendns.com/dashboard/networks/ ?
Do you have two different label values defined there to use them for updates in case of dynamic IP addresses? And use these label names with the Updater?

    Thanks for your help.

    1. Both locations show that OpenDNS is active (no oops or error).
    2. Ip addresses reported are the same as the ones configured (in sync). I also checked myip.opendns.com and it is the same.

Only one network is listed in the statistics page regardless of which network I am connected to at the time.

One of my networks uses a static IP address (12.1.83.2) - this one shows up in the statistics list.

The other uses dynamic IP (66.184.74.208) - this one does not show uo in the statistics list.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

Did you ensure that you enabled Stats and Logs in Advanced Settings for both networks, especially the one with the dynamic IP address?
Further, this could be related to the new upcoming statistics, see http://forums.opendns.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=2528

I think they are in the process of switching the stats system, so there are going to be a few problems. But they should get fixed in due time - so try again later. If you are still having problems after a while then tell OpenDNS here:
