Is there any way to change the page http://block.opendns.com (appears when web sites are blocked) to some kind of a search engine related sites like google or yahoo ? so nobody will know if i'm using openDNS service to block web sites.

No, as this would be a violation of their terms of service.

Btw, the existing customization options (logo and messages) would already help to make it clear that this is YOU, who blocked a site. OpenDNS doesn't block anything anyway by default (except phishing and Conficker worm sites).
