Hello,
I set up the content filtering to be low but after 24 hours it is set back to none. I changed the password on a work computer (not a home computer in case there is a ks logger) and I know my son cannot retrieve the password to log in and change this. Any suggestions? -

Also, he would be certainly clever enough to change it back, so that you did not become aware of this, isn't it?
Well, my suggestion is: there is someone else who knows the password as well. Btw, level "low" doesn't do a lot except protecting against phishing sites. And this is almost covered by today's browsers already anyway. So there is not really much harm. I would propose to change the level to "custom", selecting a certain mix of categories to see how it develops further.
And ah, the password is also stored in the Updater, but encrypted. However, if one runs a network sniffer or debugger, it may be possible to catch the password out of network traffic or computer memory. -

Don't allow your browser to save the password/username so that you can automatically log in.
