I got this problem on adding IP to my OpenDNS account.. it seems my currently acquired Static IP is listed on other OPENDNS account.
Before i had my connection, my ip is set to dynamic under a proxy. thus i got all ports blocked by my ISP, and then i request a static IP which what im using right now.. and got my same IP result in Ipchicken.com opendns.com and in my modem.
how can i resolve this problem?
BTW, Im form Philippines and my ISP is Globe Telecom/Innove.
my other ISP is PLDTmyDSL which is dynamic but isnt under proxy so i still get good portfowarding.. -

Open a support ticket (Contact Support, on the left there). You will need to ask them to clear the IP for your use. -

oh by the way.. when will my request take effect? what i've remembered, i did ask for these awhile ago.. but i havent get any response. -

Oh my, I really have no idea. Soon, I'd hope, but I wouldn't know what the queue is like. If you don't get a response in a reasonable amount of time, you should re-submit your request.
Do you suppose you could get a different IP from your ISP any faster? Not the best option, I'm sure, but perhaps give it some thought, just in case. -
