    It seem nearly impossible to adjust our configs from the Dashboard. Either trying to get stats or customize the content filtering just ends with an endless wait for the next screen to load. Both myself and another admin of our have experienced the same thing with two separate networks and two separate accounts.

    Also, what does http://www-files.opendns.com/css/style.v107.css show up with?
    Do you see the CSS source code, or what else happens?
    Does the picture http://www-files.opendns.com/img/logo_community.gif show up?

    Both URLs load just fine - I don't think the static content is the issue really.

    Weird. Altough your traceroute does not look very healthy, the latency is just fine. I'm seeing you're not using Windows. What OS and browser are you using?
