It seems to me that this service is the opposite of what I want, which is to provide name resolution for a domain, but I was sent here by a registrar that does not provide SPF TXT records, who said this could be done here.
How do I set up DNS for a domain, such as "someplace.com", including CNAME, A, MX and TXT records, if I can do that here? -

Unfortunately you can not do what your asking here.
OpenDNS only does lookup not hosting.
Just out of curiosity what registrar sent you here? -
