Domain Name System (DNS) troubles: Forbidden Access to a website I used to frequent

Hi - this is my first time posting here. I used to visit www.onibasu.com often, a big site with loads of info on a topic I am interested in. About two months ago, I got a 403 "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server." Can I fix this?
Thank you,
Sally -
That is a problem with the server not with DNS. 403 Forbidden error means the web server is denying you access to that area of the server.
I can navigate around the site without issue so I'm not sure what your problem could be. Try clearing out your cookies and temporary internet files. -
It could also happen that your IP address or range went into a blacklist for whatever reason, and that this sites has BL checks enabled.

I get redirected from http://www.onibasu.com to just http://onibasu.com but otherwise it works. So, I tend to agree with rotblitz that the site is blacklisting you. It could be, as he suggested, your IP address, so you may want to try to turn off your modem for a while and see if you get a new IP address when you turn it back on.
But given it has been two months, it *could* be they decided to blacklist you personally for whatever reason (maybe you disagreed with their unscientific claims about mercury and autism or whatever), and they set a cookie in your browser which they may be checking and rejecting you based on it. In that case deleting any cookies your browser might have been fed from .onibasu.com may resolve the issue, or perhaps trying a different browser. -
Thank you for your help.
My IP address does not change when modem goes off and on. My cookies are emptied, even long time ones, every time I close my browser. Doesn't matter whether I use Firefox or IE. None of the computers in my house can get to this site, wireless modem.
I will try to contact their server and see if I've been blacklisted. I don't disagree so don't know why this would have been done.
Is there a chance my ISP is blocking me? I'm not blocked from anything else - this is the only site I can't get to. -

Not the ISP - that is a message generated on the server at the site you are trying to visit. Just like 404 - Not Found errors, etc.

Ok, thanks. At least you've helped me narrowed it down to the server! This is a huge help.

You may check if you are blocked by IP address (range) e.g. here:

Or try to go through a proxy like http://67.111.196.248/pxy/powerdby_surf786.com/ and see if you are able to view the site.
