Over this last week I've noticed that my stats don't work anymore and my network is wide open. It is allowing all my blacklisted domains and allowing all the categories I've blocked such as Youtube and Facebook.
What is going on here? -
Two most likely reasons:
1. You are not using OpenDNS for your DNS lookups. http://welcome.opendns.com/
2. Your IP address is not updated. https://www.opendns.com/dashboard/settings/ -

you can use lists those are available on the internet to block the black list domains. these are DNSRBL i thing so just search the black list domains and you will find the list. you can add these domains and also add youtube ip and facebook domain you will see the results.
