I just noticed that mywot.com is flagged as a "Phishing Site". This is really ridiculous! Even more because it's not the first time. How about adding WOT to your whitelist, to prevent this from happening again..?

Plese correct this mistake asap; it makes openDNS look rather silly...

It can make you look rather silly as well - where exactly do you find WOT tagged as phishing?

Unfortunately, it was treated as phishing site for a short while:

But has been corrected just a few minutes ago...

    Edit: See my correction below.

Weird - I got no result at all, and I did try both with and without the www sub, just to be sure.

Arrg, I also was not too attentive. :shamed:

November 2009 is pretty much outdated. I was confused about the "current time".
So, actually, it may not have been blocked by OpenDNS at all...

Curiouser and curiouser, rotblitz. Definitely a strange case.

Makes me wonder if it was blocked elsewhere, as the description is lacking specifics.

Hi, and I'm sorry about this mistake. Here is the comment I misunderstood:
    http://www.mywot.com/en/forum/5800-scam?comment=29215#comment-29215

Oops, it wasn't openDNS that looked silly, only me. However, as rotblitz noticed, something similar has happened before. And my initial reaction was not "WTF!" but rather "Oh no, not again?", as WOT earlier has had this problem: http://www.mywot.com/en/forum/3107-opendns

Well, luckily the problem seemed to be non-existent. My mistake, mea culpa. You're welcome to delete this thread again, if possible...

No, thta's cool, as you have now gotten mywot.com added to the global whitelist. So, just in case, you know?

And sometimes tagging and flagging do go horribly wrong.

edit: Oh, I laughed at that thread...

And I see the history here: http://forums.opendns.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=3588 Yeah, I remember him. Mr. Clever.

Thanks for adding WOT to the global whitelist!
Then my mistake wasn't completely in vain... ;-)
