Hello all,

This is really driving me nuts. I used OpenDNS years ago and I remember getting shortcuts to work, so I know I'm capable! I've been following the troubleshooting at http://www.opendns.com/support/article/123 and everything seems to be in order. There is one part that has me scratching my head though, step 2 in network-wide shortcuts states "Shortcuts are enabled in network preferences." ummm where's my network preferences? Does it mean my active network in Dashboard/settings ? The answer is yes and it matches the same address as what's on the top left corner.

The shortcut I'm trying to make is "e" to take me to ebay.com. When I enter "e" now in the browser, it takes me to http://www.eonline.com/ My one and only shortcut is configured to go to http://www.ebay.com/ I am stumped as to what to do at this point, or what could be wrong. BTW, I'm using FireFox 3.5.9

Any help is greatly appreciated.
