I was just wondering why OpenDNS provides such great block listings for porn sites yet any child can get onto my machine and search for porn photos on Google Image search and bring up Porn that sneaks past the filter. I also am not allowed to block out keywords. Where's the support for that? 8-)

You can block the domain images.google.com if you like.
-
You can also set you Google preferences in "Safe Search" to Use strict filtering (Filter both explicit text and explicit images).
I have that setting setup for my kids login. Admittedly this could be changed but its another layer of security!

We need a way to lock the preference setting in all image searching sites.

The transparent proxy filtering they use at my school school can tell if the safe search setting is on. If not, it blocks google search. It sense the "&safe=off" somehow in the URL I think. That would be a nice feature here. -
u can try parental guardian program like Crawler parental control from Crawler. This company offers a lot of good stuffs for free like spyware terminator, web security guard, system protect.
I tried it, satistified. -
Even if u can block images from google, kids now look for other source. Go to wikipedia and search for "vagina" or sexual stuffs like dat.

Lol,
kids also can jerk off seeing some pics on breast or vagina surgery sites, haha.
