    Or did you perhaps mean OpenDNS? That is available to any Internet user anywhere on this planet.

    I'm from Canada and OpenDNS works great for me. Very decent response time too.

    Yes, Canada should be well covered by servers in Seattle, Chicago, and New York. I don't recall ever hearing about any latency issues from Canadian users.
