The OpenDNS web site used to have a link that was used to verify that OpenDNS was configured correctly and working on your system. It seems that the link was on the home page (I could be wrong about that), but for the likes of me, I just can't find that link any longer. It this test still available?
Thanks!Thankful People: kingy_dc2 -
http://welcome.opendns.com/ will do it.
The home page text at the top _does_ change whether you are using OpenDNS or not, but maybe it's too subtle.
http://www.internetbadguys.com will tell you whether you are using OpenDNS and have phishing protection enabled (the default).
http://www.exampleadultsite.com/ will tell you if you have OpenDNS adult site blocking enabled and working. (There's nothing naughty there. OpenDNS owned, just for this purpose.)Thankful People: ebrs, tony_s, j64lee, shounak_de, lord_beavis, ding444, gregory15, dfsmith2, nzjoel, , rob.root -
Thanks! The Welcome page is what I was looking for, maybe a link to it on the home page would be a good idea.
Thanks again!Thankful People: lord_beavis
