I've been trying to order a product from a US website. My computer's DNS is in Israel and their system keeps kicking out my order. Is it possible with open DNS to hide my IP and make it seem like my PC is in the US? How?

No, not at all. Your IP address is totally unrelated to DNS or the DNS service you have configured unless that website feeds different DNS services with different DNS information and use this to determine allowing you or not. The latter is rather unlikely.

Your IP address stays your IP address. A DNS service can't hide it. You would need to use a web proxy or a VPN server in the USA to show a US IP address to the internet.
