    When using the browser inside the lastpass.com iPhone app web content filtering doesnt work.

    Any ideas why not?

    Because your iPhone may not use OpenDNS.
    Or that browser uses its own DNS, disregarding your settings.

    Certainly. It depends on the phone settings and whether the browser or apps respect your network settings, or use their own. Local setting always take precedence over router settings.

    Just visit http://welcome.opendns.com/ with your iPhone app to see if you're using OpenDNS at all.

    Configure your firewall to only accept 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 DNS.

    That will stop any other DNS attempts.
