    This happened the very first time I unusually signed in with my email address in lower case letters, username@email.com When I registered my address like it was like this "USERNAME@email.com" So I signed out and back in uppercase USERNAME and it fixed it.

    This must have been a coincidence. I've just tried to reproduce it. The case of the e-mail address doesn't matter. So you really stumbled into this problem:

    my ip adrdress is taken by another user when i put my ip it says "NETWORK EXIST" can you please solve this plsss thank you
