I have paid $19 and searched the knowledge base and cannot find a way to block a specific website. I can only block entire categories, which is not what I want.

Can someone tell he how to block a specific website?

If this is not possible, can you tell me how to go about getting my money back from OpenDNS?

You cannot block URLs, because this is a DNS service. You can block only domain and subdomain names and TLDs (except com): http://www.opendns.com/support/article/65

Blocking and whitelisting domains is on the same "Web Content Filtering" page as category blocking, called "always block" and "never block" lists under "Manage Individual Domains".

And you would not have needed to pay for content filtering as home user unless you wanted the extra features this comes with. You most likely don't get your money back. Why should you???
