Is there a way to use OpenDNS to filter by User Profiles? In other words, I would like my profile to have no blocks on it (and a password so the kids can't use it), but for my kid's profile's I would use some OpenDNS filtering. This would be for a a couple of machines with XP and Vista on them.

This question was asked and answered numerous times on this forum. And the answer still is that what happens in your LAN stays in your LAN. OpenDNS, or any other DNS, has no way of knowing when your kids are using it and when you are using it.

Unless, of course, your kids have their own public IP address different from your own public IP address.

Have your profile point to your ISPs DNS server instead of OpenDNS.
